Chainarong Limvarapuss, M.D.
Dr. Limvarapuss, founder of Solano Hematology Oncology (Vallejo) and Cancer Treatment Center of Vacaville, is Board Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. He attended medical school at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, where he graduated with honors. After his internship at St. Luke's Hospital in New York, NY, he completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. His fellowship in Hematology / Oncology was completed at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, which is an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center.
Among his professional interests are the treatment of Breast, Colon and Lung Cancers, Solid Tumors and Hematologic Malignancies and Non-Malignant Blood Disorders. He is the President of Solano Hematology Oncology, Inc., and the Chief of Medicine at Sutter Solano Medical Center. He is also actively involved in Clinical Research to continue the advancement of Medical Oncology within his practice and as the Clinical Trials Medical Director for the Sutter Solano Cancer Center. He also has varying affiliations with other Bay Area hospitals such as Queen of The Valley Medical Center and NorthBay Medical Center.
His personal interests include gardening, cooking, and pursuing continued physical fitness. He acknowledges the relationship between spiritual and physical well-being and their role in healing and continued good health.
Dr. Limvarapuss was voted the Honorary Chair of the American Cancer Society, Solano County, in 2011. He continues to be a major supporter of their efforts to fight cancer and support survivors and will be a featured speaker at the Solano County ACS 2011 Gala.
Walailuk Chaiyarat, M.D.
Dr. Chaiyarat is Board Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, and continued on to do her internship at St. Luke's Hospital in New York, NY. She then completed her fellowship in Hematology / Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, and has practiced in Thailand before returning to the United States to settle in the Bay Area.
Among her professional interests are the treatment and study of Breast and Lung Cancers. She is involved in Clinical Research at Solano Hematology Oncology (Vallejo), Cancer Treatment Center of Vacaville and at the Sutter Solano Cancer Center, believing them to be a very important avenue for finding newer, more effective, and safer treatments for patients.
Her personal interests include spending time outdoors hiking, exploring the variety of the Bay Area, and building long-lasting personal and professional relationships within the local community.

Michele Knudson, R.N.
Michele Knudson (center) is a Registered Nurse licensed with the California State Board of Registered Nurses. She graduated from Solano College in Suisun, CA, in 2002 with her degree in Nursing.
Michele is specially trained in the preparation and administration of infusion therapies, including chemotherapy and biotherapy.
Michele has been with our practice for many years and has exceptional knowledge and unmatched experience. She guides our patients through these treatments with skill and care and provides education on aftercare.
Rebecca Jenny, R.N.
Rebecca Jenny (above left), Registered Nurse, graduated from Western Career College in Sacramento, CA. She has been in nursing since 2004 and chose to pursue a path in oncology serving patients and helping to make a difference in their lives.
Sarah Mikesell, R.N.
Sarah Mikesell (above right), Registered Nurse, received her B.S.N. from the California State University, East Bay. Sarah continues to supplement her education with the newest information in nursing and patient care.

Your Support Team
To further assist you, we have a staff of highly competent Medical Assistants. These assistants play a vital role in your care and comfort. Each has received special patient care training and has graduated from recognized specialty colleges from around the Bay Area.
Your health records will be carefully protected by our Medical Records Clerk, in accordance with HIPPA and all other applicable regulations. We are pround to be the first local private oncology/hematology office to switch to Electronic Health Records further improving our ability to treat you with the best care available.
Our Patient Financial Representatives, lead by our Vice President, Tina Beam, may assist you with insurance and billing questions, as well as co-pay, treatment authorizations, and other patient assistance programs that may be available.
Our Practice Support Manager, Trevor Wilson, is always available to address your questions or concerns, or to simply discuss the navigation of your care. And our Receptionist will welcome and establish you into our family.
